EIBTM Technology watch awards 2012

EIBTM, the Global Meetings and Events Exhibition, that will celebrate its 25th birthday the 27th, 28th and 29th of November, organize this year a new edition of the EIBTM Technology Watch. An initiative that wants to hear from the most creative and innovative technology projects dedicated to Events.

EIBTM is the European part of the IBTM Portfolio, a grouping of the world’s leading showcases for the meetings and events industry held in five different destinations. The Spanish edition proposes three days of access to a dynamic business environment including conferences, professional education, networking opportunities, etc.

The EIBTM Technology Watch is the events industry’s longest term and most significant award recognizing technology innovation. It is the occasion to put small talented companies at the forefront and to offer them a world of business opportunities in the Meetings and Event Industry. Indeed, the winner of the competition will get a free stand to exhibit in the Technology Village at EIBTM 2012, a great media exposure, a presentation of its project during the trade show and much more.

Tor the ninth year, Corbin Ball, International Speaker and Writer, will chair the judging committee composed of six other personalities of the sector. They are looking for companies to demonstrate new and innovative technology solutions that can make a significant difference to the industry. Indeed, the continuing impact of new technology on the meetings industry is significant and represents one of the first key to deliver a better experience to attendees during events!

The entry submission will close on 7 September 2012 and the award will be given Wednesday 28 November 2011 in Barcelona. So, do not miss to explore new horizons for your next events and visit the winner during the trade show!
