The Cotton House Hotel will become the next 5-star-hotel in Barcelona when it opens its doors in March. This luxurious hotel boutique will be part of the Autograph Collection by Marriott.
The Cotton House of Barcelona will open again after dozens of years closed. This time, though, as an exclusive hotel in the centre of the city. However, this hotel will not forget its past, just the opposite: its guests will feel as those former rich Catalan who lived in this kind of huge buildings in the late XIX century. The hotel is supposed to offer a mixture of this neoclassic tradition with a contemporary approach.
This new hotel will offer 76 regular rooms and 7 suites. The common area will hold a library, the restaurant and the cocktail bar, a greenhouse and a 300m2 terrace. At the top of the building we will find the outdoors pool, a gym and the beauty room. The Gossypum (what means ‘cotton’ in Latin) will be the place where guests will be informed about the city.
Barcelona will greet the Cotton House Hotel in the next Spring.
