Interview with Mr. Albet who is the co-owner and technical director of the cellar Albet i Noia and new president of the D.O. Penedès
On 20th September 2011 E&TB Group had a meeting with Enoturisme Penedès to know all the possibilities that the Penedès Area offers for Incentive Groups. We also visited Albet i Noia Wine Cellar as well as Parés Baltá Wine & Cava Cellar in that region. We took the opportunity to interview Mr. Josep Maria Albet who is the co-owner and technical director of the cellar Albet I Noia and new president of the D.O. Penedès.
The conversation was mainly about his main objectives as recently elected President of the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Penedès. He also explained us what the procedure to produce ecologic wine consist of and what the “experimental varieties project” is about. The Wine Cellar Albet I Noia is one of the most popular ecologic cellars in the Penedès Area (Catalunya).
