EVO is the Haute Cuisine panoramic restaurant of the Hesperia Tower Hotel in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, one of the highest and symbolic towers of Barcelona. Situated at the top of the building, this Mediterranean stylish restaurant offers a breathtaking view upon Barcelona. In addition to this exceptional viewpoint designed by the great British architect Sir Richard Rogers, the restaurant proposes a unique cuisine and a service to match to enjoy a top culinary show awarded by a first Michelin star only 6 months after its opening in 2006.
The main room and its curvilinear design is ideal for private dinners and is also a perfect place to live more singular experiences either in the private dining room equipped with an imperial table for sixteen persons or in la Taula d’en Santa, a table for five persons set right at the heart of the kitchen and allowing the clients to see its inner workings and the elaboration of the dinner from A to Z. Attended by chef Ismael Alegría himself!
As its name suggests, EVO is based on evolution of the cuisine and also evolution of the concept. Thus after having reached its gastronomic excellence, the restaurant is now ready to launch its new product EVOevents whose aim is to give bigger groups the exclusivity of the cuisine. This program contains three different options made of dedicated new menus: menus for social events and weddings, group menus for lunch and group menus for dinner.
