The tourism sector will grow in 2015

According to the forecasts of the ITB World Travel Trends Report, the european tourists will travel 3% more abroad this year in comparison to 2014. This tendency has been growing since last year: in 2014 the European visitors already held 3% more international trips than in 2013.

Among the countries which will generate more tourism trips there is the United Kingdom, whose citizen are supposed to travel abroad 7% more than in 2014. Poland and Switzerland will also follow this tendency, with a growth of 4%, and also Germany, 2%.

With are the features of this new flourishing tourism? Currently visitors prefer shorter but higher quality trips (expenses per night have risen around 4%.

What is the best for our sector? The MICE travel increased by 4% in 2014 and it is supposed to follow the same pace this year!
