Galicia is a region located in the northwest of Spain, with more than 1.500 km of coastline. Gastronomy is another main reason to discover Galicia: fish and seafood are the most common ingredients used in the Galicia´s recipes. Caldo Galego, empanadas, Pulpo a la Gallega and Tarta de Santiago are some of the most traditional dishes. Galicia produces high quality wines as well.
