Our sector will have its own day! May 12 is the date chosen to commemorate the MICE Pride in Spain. This will be the first time in which the Spanish Meeting Tourism Sector will celebrate this day, but we hope May 12 will become the most special annual date for all the ones involved in the MICE Sector.
The MICE Pride Day will be celebrated at the same time in nine Spanish cities: Barcelona, Bilbao, Burgos, Madrid, Málaga, Palma de Mallorca, Sevilla, Valencia and Valladolid. They will all simultaneously do a networking activity at 7 pm. This event will be undertaken by MPI Spain and the Convention Bureaux of each city.
Apart from celebrating our day, May 12 will be a good opportunity to reflect on the impact of our sector into the tourism and the society in general and also to be proud of the goals achieved by the whole of us.
